How made-to-order decor works

Nothing at ARQUIN Studio sits in a warehouse. Each lamp is made after you order it. Here is what that means for you, step by step.

1. Choose

Pick a lamp. Each one comes in one standard size and colour, made exactly as shown in the photos. If you want something different, such as another size or a matching set, send us a custom brief and we reply within 48 hours with what is possible, the price and the timing.

2. Order

Add it to your cart and place the order. Nothing is charged when you order. If you are signed in, your order is confirmed instantly and you pay from My orders with PayPal or a card. You can also pay by bank transfer, or on delivery in the UAE.

3. We make it

Your lamp is printed layer by layer from durable plastic (PETG or PLA, depending on the piece), finished and checked in Dubai. The fine ribs and flutes you see are part of the design, drawn by us. Because it is made for you, we can keep a small studio instead of a stock room.

4. Delivery

Choose at checkout: free delivery in 10 days, fast delivery in 5 days (AED 25), or express delivery in 3 days (AED 45, Dubai only). The days count from your confirmed order. The product page shows the estimated date for each option before you order.

5. If something is wrong

Made-to-order pieces are not returnable for a change of mind, but if yours arrives damaged or faulty, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we repair or replace it. The full wording is in our Refund Policy.
